Very helpful, friendly guys with fair prices. Kentec Tonbridge came to the rescue with great service at very short notice for rental of a router & worktop jig after I was let down by a competitor (J**sons); the big guy (can't remember his name!) with funny Family Guy ringtones spent extra time & care to dig out the jig (a lot of people wouldn't have bothered) & to give me a quick run down on how to use the equipment. Really impressed with the service & wanted to give credit where it's due, if I ever need anything else in the future this will be my first stop! Thanks, Patrick

The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very professional when I was unable to use my hire tool due to defects with the unit, giving me a full refund for the hire. This was excellent customer service, I'd go back knowing they are a company who focus on great customer experiences.
