Excellent in every way

Excellent! It's rare to find trustworthy accountants these days, so this firm is an absolute gem! Somebody recommended these accountants to us when we started up our business 9 years ago. We're so glad they did and have very happily recommended LFF to a number of business owners over the years.The receptionists are polite and professional whilst the accountants themselves are great to deal with, know their job inside out and (most importantly) are good at keeping you informed about and compliant with the various forms you need to submit throughout the tax year.

I would not hesitate to recommend this very professional Accountancy company who have worked for my company for some twenty five years plus. Would trust them to do what is right for me at all times. Would not ever consider changing

Really great customer service. Jess and Rose were amazing. I had preregistered so it took about 30 seconds to both get and return the car. I was shown what I needed to know and off I went. The car was spotless and new a real pleasure to drive, it was shame to return it.I wanted to keep it! I would certainly recommend Tonbridge Enterprise.

The only downside was when it came to paying on collection the price was higher than the one quoted online, which came as a surprise. We were able to negotiate a discount but still ended up paying more than initially expected. This was slightly disappointing, but the rest of the experience made up for it! Car was in good, clean condition and a decent trim level. The brief on how to use it was clear and concise. Overall I would certainly recommend Enterprise Tonbridge.

Mill Garage in Hildenborough saved the day for us! The rear passenger window got stuck after I wound it down not realising the child passenger had put the plastic sun filter on the window. The staff couldn't have been more reassuring and efficient in gladly sorting it out. In a matter of minutes, they had the window working again and extracted the plastic so we could drive home comfortably. Fantastic service with a smile!

Guys were extremely helpful when my motorcycle packed up in front of their Garage gave the battery a super quick charge , enough to get me home. Give them a try for all your servicing needs.

Very Impressed!!! Expectations Exceeded!! No need to worry buying from here!!! Peace of mind guaranteed dealing with Horsepower!! (its a long review but i feel worth writing, as buying a second hand car can be a fraught experience and can leave you well out of pocket) I was looking for a particular model of car and saw that Horsepower had what i was looking for. I hadn't heard of Horespower Motor Centre and as they are an hour and half from me i read some reviews online which were on the whole very good. I then called them to see if they still had the car. I spoke to Sam and he was really helpful. He took me through the cars service History and also answered all the questions i had on the car. He explained all about the AA check that they pay to have carried out prior to the car being collected and also the warranty. This, and Sam, were enough to make me drive the hour and a half to view the car. The car was as as described and Sam spent a good amount of time with me discussing the car, having a test drive and then agreeing a deal (and offering canned soft drinks or coffee). The price had recently been reduced and was a very fair and competitive price so i paid a deposit . Sam agreed within that price to get 2 very small pin dents on the drivers door professionally sorted and a full tank of fuel in the car for when i collected it a week later. Sam contacted me again a day or two before i was due to collect the car to let me know that it had had the AA check and was ready to collect. When i collected the car the dents had been removed and the tank was full and the car had been professionally valeted inside and out and looked stunning . Not only this but following he AA check Horsepower at their own expense replaced all the discs and pads as the AA check had recommended it! I left Horsepower a very very happy customer, having been treated well and them having done everything that they said they would and more!! It soon became clear to me that the car had a problem although it was an intermittent one and would have been hard to pick up within any checks or even test driving the car. I rang Horsepower and spoke to Ben who is in charge of the workshop. I described the issue and arranged with Ben to take the car back for them to find the fault and fix it and he assured me they would make it right and not to worry. 1 day later the issue was diagnosed and parts ordered, and 2 days later it was ready and i collected the car today. Because of the AA check and Warranty i did not have to pay, and also they had washed and polished my car, and also fixed a slow puncture it had - what a nice touch :-) I have to say i have been amazed and so impressed with all at Horespower Motor Centre; Sam for being my first and main point of contact, and Ben in dealing with the issue that i had after taking the car, oh and Helen for running me to the station when i took the car back to have the fault fixed! What a great company, with great people, that have totally exceeded my expectations! I would have no hesitation in recommending Horsepower to friends and family, and in fact i have.

Bought a lovely low mileage (17k and one owner!) AA approved Corsa auto as a first car for my stepdaughter, six weeks ago - she is absolutely delighted with it! First MOT free as well. Peter, our salesman, knowledgeable and efficient.

Bought a car with a part exchange. It was a totally smooth transition. Tonia was lovely to deal with. Her customer care was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed purchasing a car through her. Only negative point was PDI of the car. Upon collection, valeter could of done a better job. Had to give the car wash and polish when I got home.

I bought a van over the phone and was incredibly nervous in doing so. However it has just arrived and I had nothing to worry about. Will definetly buy my next vehicle here.

After an accident in my fiesta I was directed to these guys, Duncan kindly got one of the workshop staff to have a look at my vehicle and temporarily repair so I could get home. these guys looked after the repair and did an outstanding job, will definitely use these guys again. top job!!

I am a middle aged lady who often feels quite intimidated when dealing with an all male staff. Not only did they treat me very respectfully, their premises where emmaculate. When my car was returned to me l had trouble identifying the repair. I could highly recommend this Bodyshop to everyone, if l could have given more than five stars l most certainly would have.

Did a decent job, took way longer than it should of.

After my beloved Mini was unceremoniously mounted by another car in a local car park it was recovered by RAC ( who were great btw) and taken to TCW for repair immediately. As it was s Sunday I was initially worried about the admin processes going through smoothly. I visited the next morning to drop my keys off and the emails had already gone through to start the repairs. Staff had previously reassured me that everything will be fine and sometimes authorisation from insurance companies can take a few hours. I was fortunate and the processes got moving, firstly going to the assessor. From this point I settled back with s courtesy car provided by TCW and resumed life. Occasionally I checked in via email which were responded to quickly to see how things were moving on. After two weeks I started to feel the anxiety “ what was happening!” After phoning I was told that my car needed reassessment due to discovering further damage, which I was grateful for as I wouldn’t want anything unresolved! I had additional concerns that my handbrake was on at the time of accident, “would this affect it?”, again contacting TCW the lovely Karen Arnold answered promptly and reassured me that all of this is checked as a part of the repair process. The time came that I had a call on Monday morning at 8am that my car would be returned at 8.15am and they would collect the courtesy car too, what great service! Top tip, as I was on holiday for a period of time whilst my car was in repair I sought authorisation for my husband to communicate with TCW and my insurance company ( he stayed at home) in my absence this maintained great communication. Only thing I would say that could be improved is regular email updates from the company , I did use the tracking system but it was updated randomly and didn’t show on the percentage view that my car had been started even. I wouldn’t have contacted to check at all if this was managed I think! I must say getting my car back repaired , valeted and looking splendid is like coming home when I’m out and about I’m very 😃

Bought a new Fiesta here and collected it today. Sam, who sold me the car has been amazing. I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted and I am not experienced about cars, so I was a bit nervous before going, but he talked me through all my options and he was never pushy. He was so helpful and explained to me everything and we chose the best car for me. The car is amazing, I am so happy about the choice. His customer services is brilliant and the other staff are really nice too. I highly recommend this place.

Service relatively quick but person ignored me at the start and was more interested in talking to one of her colleagues, range than the customer in front of her. After that though it was fine. Not very busy when I went there (3 in afternoon) but must fill up at other times.

Caffè Nero is a good coffee shop , but i think they need to get better furniture because the seats they have by the window make your hips hurt alot . Other then that they are a lovely coffee shop . 😃

The best team in the Kent? Probably. My experience with Ellis and Co was amazing. While we were moving from London to Tonbridge couple of years back, this team worked extremely hard to make our move as smooth as possible. We rented our property with Ellis, stayed with Ellis until we buy our new home, because of they are the best. Every one of this team is professional and friendly. Adam is special, so as Mr.Tom Perry as head of the team. During letting, during stay, during moving out, Ellis and Co's support, guidance, advice were second to none. Apologies for the delay of this review!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Rented a property in Tonbridge through them, Adam in particular and Danny made the process a much easier one than myself and my husband have had in the past. One experience in particular with a different letting agents was utterly horrendous and made us ill. So having to move yet again was something we dreaded. We were nervous and stressed through the whole process. We were looked after so well by the team here, they seemed to understand why we were feeling the way we did and offered a great deal of reassurance etc along the way. Lovely guys, utterly bonkers (which we love) and total professionals. Can't be faulted! Thankyou so much :)

The staff were efficient and very friendly and understanding of all my needs and that of my two sons. They helped us enormously through the process of the cremation and the service. I was able to see my husband before we laid him to rest. Which was done with great reverence and thoughtfulness of the staff as to my feelings on that sad occasion. I can not fault the service of the co op funeral arrangements and would recommend the service to anybody who may need them now or in the future.

From the moment I contacted them right up to date, my family and I have been treated in the best possible manner. Nothing has been too much trouble, there has been advice when I've needed it, the arrangements were perfect and I cannot thank everyone at T W Boorman enough. We have been very impressed with the support care and respect show to us and our Mum at a very difficult time, our Mum's passing was quiet sudden and unexpected and quiet frankly we had no Idea what we needed to do but after a friendly chat with Tansy at Boormans we felt in control and relaxed knowing they were there with the answers and nothing was to much trouble. The day ran very smoothly and apart from the horrendous weather it was exactly what my Mum would have wanted. We really couldn't have done it without you them.

We have just had a very large tree removed from our rear garden and I cannot recommend the two guys enough. Prior to booking the guys, I found one poor review and that initially worried me. However, having requested them come round for a quote and meeting them I was confident that they would do a great job. I am really pleased with the work. They arrived promptly and worked flat out to get the tree down. They also cleared up after themselves and were very polite through out. I would highly recommend this company.

Mud Garden Maintenance was a real find. I had previously been let down by gardeners and was reluctant to find another. However the garden is large so I needed help fast. Gareth responded to my emails and calls quickly. We had our first meeting last September and maintenance began soon after. The garden looks fantastic, the team is efficient, very polite and very trust worthy. Gareth's knowledge of plants is endless and advises you on everything that is taking place throughout the seasons. He is very reasonably priced, and never does anything without your say so. I would recommend Mud to anyone, they really are a fantastic company and a very rare find.

I have used Gareth for my garden maintenance for several years. He is thoroughly reliable and has excellent ideas in terms of how the garden should be set up. We are very pleased with the colour schemes he has planned through innovative planting and each year there is a pleasant surprise in terms of a different bloom that we didn't expect. He may not be the cheapest maintenance option but he provides real value for money. He is not scared to experiment (within reason!) and nothing is too much bother. I thoroughly recommend him.

They were super nice and welcoming, offered beverages and tea refills and tried to make you comfortable. However my stylist, David, took a look at my hair texture and should have realized that it is very springy and wavy when natural. I let him know that I never blow dry my hair and prefer it to be natural, and for some reason he decided to straighten my hair and THEN cut it to my shoulder, the length I requested. It looked great, but when I got home and showered the day after my hair was way shorter than what I wanted bc my hair isn't straight and it springs up to look shorter. I had grown my hair for one and half years and now it's practically back to what it was before! I am devastated. Also, there is a section of my hair that is way shorter than the rest of my hair and it's driving me crazy. I don't mean to throw anyone under the bus, but David doesn't seem like the most skilled hairdresser at Rush. Overall, it was a great experience and welcoming, but I'm not happy with my hair.

Lou did my wedding hair and it was absolutely amazing. All the girls looked after me so well, going above and beyond by helping me into my wedding dress and my hair held up all day and night. Highly recommended.

Just moved down to area for work for a couple of months and needed somewhere to get a good hair cut and fade, This seemed to be the nicest place in town by a mile!(really trendy and up market) I’m literally the fussiest customer and im pretty hard to please! But the staff are super friendly and professional and know how to cut hair! I was left with a fade and haircut I literally could not fault for a pretty reasonable price. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend!

We are a riding centre a member of the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA). HRH The Princess Royal is president and agreed to pay us a visit on Thursday 4th May 2017 mainly to see our riders, volunteers and sponsors. We decided that we did not want HRH to have a number of professional photographs to intrude upon her visit and decided to ask our old friend Matt James to be our official photographer for the day. He of course did not disappoint - and took a number of beautifully composed shots without intrusion on the individuals concerned. Matt is such an amiable man they we could not fail to recommend him as the photographer for any occasion.

Sarah is fabulous. She has photographed my children at all different ages and the photos are simply stunning! Can’t recommend her highly enough..

Sarah is so lovely, she is ever so patient with little ones and gets the most beautiful pictures. She has her own little studio and she is not worried if your little ones make a mess.. I took my son to her for a cake smash and he wasn't worried about covering the place in cake! Sarah makes you feel so welcome and comfortable the shoots that you will have with her are tailor made to what you want and how you want it. I was introduced to Sarah by my friend who showed me the stunning photos she had done of her son with Sarah. Upon seeing these photos I knew I had to go and see Sarah too! I have now been to Sarah twice and am back again at the weekend for our 3rd shoot (my youngest is only 18 months!) Sarah is so lovely and so patient. My son isn’t it massive smiler but Sarah was determined to get him to smile – and she did! She took pictures that I will treasure forever. The photos that Sarah takes are unbelievably beautiful, she is simply amazing at what she does.

We organise a couple of international audiology courses in UK every year, and get our course notes printed and bound by Susan Adams. They always provide a very high level, quick and efficient service. In May, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to use Ryman in Tunbridge Wells. We haven't been more disappointed with the end product. We could have achieved a better finish in-house. I suppose the problem with the big national companies is that you do not really know who is the person (a trainee or a manager etc.) you will be dealing with. So, there is no personalisation according to your needs. Whereas, with small businesses like Susan Adams, I know exactly who I am going to see and know that they have a lot of experience in what they do. Highly recommended!

I used StorageMart for a short period to facilitate a relocation. The service is incredible: new building, automated access from early until late, clean units, even the toilets are immaculate. The manager Ian is welcoming and very helpful. I was fortunate to take advantage of a special offer while booking. I strongly recommend StorageMart in Tonbridge.

Great facility, really friendly staff who will help in any way they can. Clean centre and great prices. And a month free! Highly recommended.

My favourite take away, staff always use your name over the phone and are willing to adapt dishes to the individual needs. House special chow mein is delicious. It is quicker to collect as delivery is slow.

Ordered takeaway a few times from here. Good selection of food including some more interesting vegetarian options.

Had another taxi firm cancel my taxi to the airport whilst I was asleep. When I woke up and realised, I phoned Castle Cars and they had a car at my house within 5 minutes. Didn't charge any extra and the driver was very friendly. Brilliant!

Cabs arrived on time. Drivers were very polite and sociable. Cars were comfortable and the standard of driving was good. Couldn't really ask for more so would definitely use them again next time we are visiting Tonbridge.

Whent to book a holiday last week had to walk out bloody freezing in there

Pennards is a very helpful, kind vetinary. It helps my cat monthly with an advocate, claw clip and weight monitor. The vets are very knowledgeable and amiable. The prices have increased from £12.00 a month to £20.00, which is its flaw, but despite that is it a very good! Recommended...

Excellent vets all 5 of our animals go there. Staff are amazing and take excellent care of your lovely furry friends.

Cheaper than Pennard's vets in Tonbridge (but that's not hard!), friendly staff but make sure you visit earlier in the day, we waited 45 mins in the evening despite making an appointment. Prescriptions are £14 so it's best to get one and shop online for regular flea/worm medicine, this still works out cheaper than their pet health plan.

So accommodating! My dog was booked in for surgery on the same day and made a great recovery. Thank you!
